The Wonderful Book Cover Art Of Illustrator Shannon Stirnweis

Illustrator Mark Armstrong writes a blog on illustration and design.

His latest post focuses on illustrator Shannon Stirnweis and his truly amazing book cover art.

Mr. Stirnweis worked as an illustrator in New York City for almost 30 years. He is a past president of the prestigious Society of Illustrators. He now lives in New Hampshire and works as a gallery artist.

The blog post is both a homage to Mr. Stirnweis and a review of a recent local exhibition which featured his hand-painted (oils) book cover art.
